Cooking Wheat Gluten Steaks
Recipe type: Vegetarian entree
  • 10 cup water
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 T chicken seasoning
  • 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
  1. Bring to boil and drop wheat gluten steaks into broth.
  2. Cook for 1 hour.
  3. Remove and let cool.
  4. Put them into a container and set in the fridge until ready to fry.
  5. They can be rolled or dipped into a breading meal for frying.
