Strawberry Cream Cheese Crepes

Serves: 6 crepes
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tsp. of vanilla
  • Filling: 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 Tsp. of vanilla
  • 12 Whole Strawberries cut in half
  • Caramel Syrup
Instructions
  1. Combine flour, milk, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl and mix
  2. Spray an 8"or 10" non-stick pan with cooking spray and preheat over medium heat
  3. Pour enough batter to coat the bottom of the pan
  4. Cook the crepes for a couple of minutes on each side
  5. Stack the crepes and let cool
  6. In bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla
  7. Beat the mixture until soft
  8. Fill each crepe with 2 tbls. of filling, add 3 or 4 strawberries halves and roll
  9. Serve 2 crepes per plate and garnish with strawberries, and caramel syrup
  10. You can also add a dollop of whipped cream or more of the cream cheese mixture on top if you like.
