Easy strawberry breakfast recipe

Serves: 1 portion
- 1 teaspoon oatmeal
- A little cold water
- 3 medium / large strawberries
- 3 heaped teaspoons thick ,plain yogurt
- ¼ - ½ teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon granola (optional)
- Spoon the dry oatmeal into a breakfast cup.
- Add cold water - just enough to cover.
- Place strawberries (green tops removed) in blender.
- Add yogurt.
- Add honey.
- Blend for about ten - fifteen seconds.
- Add to oatmeal in the breakfast cup and stir.
- Optionally, add a little granola on top to add a little crunch.
