Is Gluten-Free The Latest Food Fashion?
I read an article in Consumers Report about the increase in claims of gluten intolerance. It seems like every couple years, we go through a new condition or disease, blamed on the food we eat.
All sorts of symptoms are laid at the door of the food we eat, and often, they are the same foods we’ve eaten for years without ill effect. Is the food itself becoming bad? Or are we allowing ourselves to get involved with each new food fashion?
