I recently tried Raspberry Butter Crunch coffee by Door County here in Wisconsin. It was fantastic tasting. I added a little chocolate creamer. I was hooked! What a way to start your morning with an awesome tasting coffee. Another raspberry flavor by Door County is Chocolate Raspberry Truffle which I’ve tried too. What a toss up between the two. Both are so good! After trying both of these flavors I looked for a recipe to make my own raspberry coffee. I found a very simple one recipe from McCormick. I tried it and it is good! Now I can make own in the comfort of my own home. I can sit on my deck and enjoy it when done.

Flavored coffees are fun. They can be used on special occasions or just for a different change up from your everyday coffee which is always right up my alley to do!

Raspberry Coffee

Ingredients

• ¾ cup ground coffee
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 2 tsp raspberry extract (McCormick Brand)
• 6 cups water

Instructions

1. Place coffee and sugar in brew basket filter of coffee maker.
2. Add raspberry extract to empty coffee maker.
3. Add the required water to your coffee maker.
4. Brew as directed.
5. When done, pour in coffee mug. Sweeten coffee with sugar and garnish with whipped cream if desired.
