RYOBI Laser Level – What a Handy Tool.
There is always something to do around the house. Some big and some small projects, I like to do my own work when possible. Now I’m not the best handyman but I’m not the worst either, I have learned some tricks over the years to help me get by with doing most of my own projects.
One of my biggest problems has always been hanging pictures or shelves on a wall and keeping them straight and level. On a trip to the home improvement store one day I happened to see the RYOBI Laser Level. My first thought was why do I need one these, so I bought it.
This handy tool helped me fix all of my previous mistakes. My pictures are now straight and look great hanging on the walls. We have a wall shelf that requires it to be hung from two points; I could never get this thing level until now.
I have used my laser level to hang pictures, hang wall paper, and wallpaper boarders, putting up chair rails, lining up floor tiles to the wall. I recently reworked our deck and used it to level and determine the correct height of all of the deck posts. I have also used it to line up my garage door photo eyes.
RYOBI Laser Level Features:
- The length of the laser line is 40 feet in a horizontal or vertical direction and it is powered by 2 AA batteries.
- It has a vacuum base to adhere to and smooth surface and the laser head rotates 360 degrees.
- The laser lens rotates 90 degrees for wrapping around inside corners. I don’t have a tripod but you can purchase one separately.
So whatever project you have where you need to keep things straight and level the RYOBI Laser Level is a must have tool.
