Celebrate Homemade Soup Day
February 4th is officially designated as Homemade Soup Day. What a wonderful holiday to celebrate, at least here in the U.S. where it’s COLD almost everywhere and definitely perfect soup weather.
Whether you go all out with a totally made-from-scratch homemade soup or if you cheat just a little by embellishing a can of store-bought soup (I call that a “homemade up” recipe), it’s easy to put together a delicious pot of steamy-hot goodness in no time. And if you miss the official holiday, no problem. Treat yourself and your family to a hot bowl of soup any day, any time of the year.
Here’s a list of delicious homemade soup recipes to stir your taste buds and get you started:

- Quick, Easy Chili Recipe
- Homemade Turkey Noodle Soup
- Chilly Weather Cheeseburger Chowder
- Sausage Potato Soup
So tell us, will you choose noodle soup, chili, chowder, or something else when you celebrate Homemade Soup Day? Share your favorite in a comment below.
