Vegetarian Taco Hot Dish

- 1½ lbs veggie meat
- 1 small onion
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 -15 oz can tomato sauce
- ½ cup chopped black olives
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 24 oz cottage cheese
- 1 - 8 oz bag Doritos crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Put crushed Doritos on bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
- Brown veggie burger and onion. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning to veggie meat.
- Layer veggie meat mixture on chips.
- Mix cottage cheese and sour cream then layer over veggie meat mixture.
- Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle chopped black olives on top of cheese. Cover with tin foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
