Cider Vinegar Dressing
Serves: 3 to 4
  • ¼ cup vinegar cider
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon agave or honey
  • 1 tablespoon grainy dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon herbs de Provance, Or spices to your liking
  1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in blender (or bowl).
  2. Blend until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Add olive oil. If whisking by hand, add oil gradually.
  4. Mix until oil and other ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  5. Refrigerate.
  6. Serve with "The Healthy Brain Salad.
