Cauliflower Buffalo Bites

Ingredients
  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¾ cup hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment or spray with oil.
  3. In a medium bowl blend flour, water, salt and garlic powder.
  4. Stir in the cauliflower until all is well coated.
  5. Using a slotted spoon, place the cauliflower on the parchment paper in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. While it's baking combine melted butter with the hot sauce.
  8. Remove cauliflower from oven and coat with hot sauce. You can spoon it onto the cauliflower, or mix the cauliflower into the bowl containing the hot sauce to coat it.
  9. Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Serve hot or cooled.
  11. You can serve with dipping sauce using dressing or eat plain.
