Mom's Cherry Cobbler

Ingredients
  • 1 can cherries
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt or sour cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 425 degrees.
  2. Spray a pie pan or square pan with cooking spray.
  3. Blend the cornstarch into the cherries and heat until it starts to clear and thicken.
  4. While it is heating, mix the Bisquick and sugar.
  5. Stir in the milk and yogurt until a fairly wet dough forms.
  6. Pour the cherries into the pan, then spoon clumps of dough on top.
  7. Cook for about 20 minutes, until set and lightly brown.
