Mom's Cherry Cobbler

Serves: 4 to 6
- 1 can cherries
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup greek yogurt or sour cream
- Preheat over to 425 degrees.
- Spray a pie pan or square pan with cooking spray.
- Blend the cornstarch into the cherries and heat until it starts to clear and thicken.
- While it is heating, mix the Bisquick and sugar.
- Stir in the milk and yogurt until a fairly wet dough forms.
- Pour the cherries into the pan, then spoon clumps of dough on top.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, until set and lightly brown.
