Japanese Rice with Mixed Vegetables

Serves: 6
- 4 cups uncooked rice
- 1½ cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Wash rice and put into the rice cooker. Add enough water according to the rice cooker's instructions.
- Add salt to the rice. Lightly mix.
- Add the mixed vegetables.
- Cook the rice according to your rice cooker's instructions.
- Serve warm.
