Berry Frozen Yogurt Bites

Serves: 6 to 8
- ½ large container of plain Greek yogurt (I used Fage)
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 - 2 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ to ½ cup nuts, chopped
- ¼ cup additional berries (I used blueberries)
- In a small dish or pan melt coconut oil.
- Blend with raw honey and vanilla.
- Scoop yogurt into your blender.
- Add in the oil, honey and vanilla and mix well, scraping the sides if needed.
- Add in the raspberries and blend briefly until mixed in.
- Toss in nuts and the blueberries and just stir to mix.
- Pour into a small pan (I used an 8x10 baking pan).
- Smooth into pan and freeze.
- Once frozen, cut into pieces and serve.
